Job Title: Team Lead – HRBP (US Healthcare)

Location: Noida
Experience Required: 5–7 years (with minimum 2 years in a Team Lead/HRBP role, preferably in US Healthcare domain)
Budget: Upto 8–12 LPA)
Work Mode: Work from Office

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead – HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner) with strong exposure to the US Healthcare industry. The role requires someone who can manage HR operations, lead a team, and act as a strategic partner to business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HRBP for assigned business units within US Healthcare operations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of HR executives.
  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues with sensitivity and compliance.
  • Work closely with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and talent challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with US HR policies, labor laws, and healthcare regulations.
  • Drive HR initiatives around learning & development, diversity & inclusion, and succession planning.
  • Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to improve employee productivity and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
  • 4–7 years of HRBP/HR Generalist experience with at least 2 years in a Team Lead role.
  • Prior experience in US Healthcare BPO/KPO/Shared Services is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of US HR practices, compliance, and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work in US/Night shifts.
