General Description Of Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Group Policy management, Windows 10/11, Intune policy management, migration from On-Premises GPO to Intune cloud, browser management, Bitlocker, and MBAM. This role will be responsible for managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operations and security.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Microsoft Group Policies for Windows 10/11 environments.
• Develop, implement, and manage Intune policies for device management.
• Lead the migration of Group Policies from on-premises to Intune cloud.
• Oversee browser management and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Implement and manage Bitlocker encryption and MBAM for data security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize system performance and security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Skills/Competencies Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Microsoft Group Policies, Microsoft Intune policy management and migration from on-premises GPO to Intune cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 environments.
• Experience with browser management, Bitlocker, and MBAM.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
• Experience in a similar role within a corporate environment.
