We are partnering with a purpose-driven nonprofit committed to strengthening healthcare access, livelihood pathways, and sustainability initiatives for underserved communities.We’re looking to onboard aseasoned Director – Finance (nonprofit financial management)who can anchor financial stewardship, strategic planning, and governance excellence fornonprofit sector.Role OverviewThe role calls for a visionary finance leader who can build strong financial systems, drive compliance, and enable long-term organizational sustainability with past experience innonprofit financial management .Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & PlanningDrive financial strategy and annual budgeting.Track performance and present reports to leadership.Financial Management & ComplianceOversee accounting, reporting, audits, and budgeting.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.Manage relationships with auditors and financial institutions.Risk & ControlsIdentify financial risks and strengthen internal controls.Grant Management & Donor ReportingManage grant finances and ensure timely donor reporting.Coordinate with program teams for accurate submissions.Financial SustainabilityDevelop strategies for long-term financial health and revenue diversification.Team LeadershipLead and mentor the finance team.Build a culture of accountability and excellence.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA/CA preferred.10+ years of senior finance leadership experience, preferably in the nonprofit sector.Strong expertise in"nonprofit financial management" , fund accounting, and grant compliance is amust.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.High integrity with a commitment to transparency and accountability.If you're ready to drive impact at scale and bring strategic financial leadership to a mission-driven ecosystem, we’d be glad to engage.
