Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, parents, and students and direct them appropriately.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and all front desk correspondence.
  • Provide information and support for admission enquiries; maintain detailed enquiry records and follow-up logs.
  • Supervise housekeeping staff and help coordinate with vendors to ensure school facilities are well maintained.
  • Collaborate with teams to update and manage official school social media pages and communications.
  • Collect department updates for announcements and ensure brand consistency online.
  • Provide administrative support to the Principal and Administrative Head, maintaining school registers and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Administration, Management, or Communications preferred).
  • 2–4 years' professional experience in front office, school administration, or operational support.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming attitude.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, email handling, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate across teams.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
