Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. The role involves assisting customers, understanding their needs, recommending suitable products/services, and ensuring a smooth sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers at the store.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
  • Process sales transactions and generate invoices.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in retail sales/customer service (Freshers are welcome to apply).
  • Graduation/Diploma preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Presentable, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and MS Office is an added advantage.
