A fast-growing BPM organization is launching a newGlobal Capability Center (GCC) practiceand is looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this business from the ground up.Location:Noida (Delhi NCR)Role Level:Business Head – GCCKey Responsibilities:Lead the full P&Lof the GCC business (revenue + profitability).Bring international clientswho want to set up their back-office, tech, or shared services in India.Set up new delivery centers— choosing location, hiring people, ensuring infrastructure, compliance, and smooth transition.Work with multiple partnerslike real estate, HR, legal, and technology players to make the setup happen.Drive the entire project end-to-end— from pitching to clients → onboarding → execution → operations.Ideal Candidate:Havedeep experience in GCC setup / shared services / BPM transitions .Be well-connected in the industry.Be comfortablebuilding the practice from zero , initially working as an individual contributor.Negotiate with global CXOs and manage large-scale operations.15–22 yearsin GCC setup, shared services, BPM/BPO transitions, or India entry consulting.Strong experience withBuild-Operate-Transfer (BOT)models.Ability to build a new business from scratch.Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Background in BPM, consulting, or shared services preferred.
