A fast-growing BPM organization is launching a new Global Capability Center (GCC) practice and is looking for a dynamic leader to build and scale this business from the ground up. Location: Noida (Delhi NCR) Role Level: Business Head – GCC Key Responsibilities: Lead the full P&L of the GCC business (revenue + profitability). Bring international clients who want to set up their back-office, tech, or shared services in India. Set up new delivery centers — choosing location, hiring people, ensuring infrastructure, compliance, and smooth transition. Work with multiple partners like real estate, HR, legal, and technology players to make the setup happen. Drive the entire project end-to-end — from pitching to clients → onboarding → execution → operations. Ideal Candidate: Have deep experience in GCC setup / shared services / BPM transitions . Be well-connected in the industry. Be comfortable building the practice from zero , initially working as an individual contributor. Negotiate with global CXOs and manage large-scale operations. 15–22 years in GCC setup, shared services, BPM/BPO transitions, or India entry consulting. Strong experience with Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) models. Ability to build a new business from scratch. Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Background in BPM, consulting, or shared services preferred.
