We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to join our team at Techno Communications. This role focuses on building the skills and confidence of our sales representatives through engaging training programs, coaching, and performance evaluations. The position requires working during night shifts to align with our global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to strengthen product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Assess individual and team performance to identify skill gaps and recommend targeted training solutions.
  • Develop training materials such as manuals, presentations, and interactive modules tailored to diverse learning styles.
  • Lead workshops, role-plays, and scenario-based exercises to improve communication and persuasion skills.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching to new and experienced sales staff, guiding them toward continuous improvement.
  • Track training outcomes, analyze results, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations for management.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to align training initiatives with organizational goals and evolving market needs.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate innovative methods into training delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, motivation, and professional development within the sales team.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales or training, preferably in a call center or fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create engaging training content and deliver sessions that inspire performance.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness and link it to sales outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple programs.
  • Problem-solving ability to address challenges and adapt strategies effectively.
  • Willingness to work night shifts as required.
