Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry to post-travel engagement.
  • Proactively gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality and drive continuous improvement.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns promptly with empathy and professionalism, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, operations, and product teams to enhance service delivery and optimize customer touchpoints.
  • Offer personalized travel recommendations, ensuring customer expectations are not just met but exceeded.
  • Track customer interactions and insights using internal tools to contribute to a data-driven customer success approach..

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years in customer experience or service, preferably in travel.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-centric skills.
