Overview: TheServiceNow FSM Developer plays a crucial role in the organizationby designing developing and implementing various solutions withinthe ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) module. This role isessential in optimizing field service operations enhancing customerexperience and ensuring smooth servicedelivery.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collaborate withstakeholders to gather requirements and design technical solutionswithin the ServiceNow FSM module.
  • Developcustomize and configure ServiceNow FSM applications usingJavaScript AngularJS and other relatedtechnologies.
  • Implement integrations withthirdparty systems to enable seamless data flow andfunctionality.
  • Design and execute testing plansto ensure the quality and reliability of developedsolutions.
  • Provide ongoing supporttroubleshooting and maintenance for ServiceNow FSM applications andrelated components.
  • Participate in Agilemethodologies such as Scrum to deliver iterative and incrementalimprovements.
  • Document technical designsprocesses and procedures for knowledge sharing and futurereference.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams to ensure alignment with overall ITSM strategies and bestpractices.
  • Stay updated with industry trendsand evolving ServiceNow capabilities to drive innovation andcontinuous improvement.
  • Contribute to theoverall ServiceNow platform governance and architecturaldecisions.
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inComputer Science Information Technology or a relatedfield.
  • ServiceNow Certified SystemAdministrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)Field Service Management.
  • Proven experience indeveloping and implementing ServiceNow FSM solutions includingcustomizations and configurations.
  • Strongproficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS for frontenddevelopment within the ServiceNowplatform.
  • Experience with ITSM processes andbest practices including incident problem change and assetmanagement.
  • Demonstrated expertise inintegrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs webservices and other technologies.
  • Ability towork in Agile environments including sprint planning daily standupsand iterative delivery.
  • Excellentproblemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complextechnical issues within ServiceNow FSM.
  • Strongcommunication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders andeffectively convey technicalconcepts.
  • Experience in documenting technicaldesigns requirements and test cases within the ServiceNowplatform.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platformadministration and configuration bestpractices.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow JakartaKingston or later releases ispreferred.
  • Understanding of field serviceoperations customer service and related industry standards is aplus.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving ServiceNowcapabilities and contribute to the platforms strategicroadmap.
