Responsibilities:
  • Prospectidentify and qualify potential clients through research networkingand outreach efforts.
  • Develop and executestrategic plans to generate new business leads and achieve salestargets.
  • Generate Leads from the network forbulk requirements
  • Conduct comprehensive needsassessments to understand client requirements and align ourservices with their objectives.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams to customize staffing and training solutionsthat meet the unique needs of clients.
  • Prepareand deliver compelling presentations proposals and pitches to keydecisionmakers.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing andterms of agreements to ensure mutually beneficialpartnerships.
  • Maintain accurate records ofsales activities customer interactions and pipeline progress usingCRM software.
  • Stay abreast of industry trendscompetitor activities and market developments to identifyopportunities for growth.
  • Represent the companyat industry events conferences and networking functions to expandour presence and build relationships.
  • Provideregular reports and updates to management on sales performancemarket insights and customerfeedback.
Qualifications:Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Marketing or related field; MBApreferred.Proven track record of success inB2B sales business development or account management rolespreferably within the staffing or trainingindustry.Strong understanding of staffingsolutions talent acquisition processes and workforce developmenttrends.Exceptional communication skills bothverbal and written with the ability to articulate complex conceptsclearly and persuasively.Demonstratedability to build rapport establish credibility and influencedecisionmakers at all levels of anorganization.Strategic thinker with theability to identify opportunities develop innovative solutions andexecute effective salesstrategies.Resultsoriented mindset with afocus on achieving and exceeding salestargets.Excellent organizational skills andattention to detail with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesand deadlines effectively.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g. SalesforceHubSpot).Willingness to travel as needed andwork flexible hours to accommodate client meetings andevents.
