Eligibility:
- Graduate in any stream with minimum 2 years of HR experience in a corporate environment.
- Hands-on experience with HR tools/HRMS platforms (preferably KEKA).
- Candidates residing in the western suburbs will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, managing recruitment, and overseeing the end-to-end hiring process.
- Conducting employee onboarding, inductions, and monitoring probation/performance during the initial period.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records (personal files, attendance, leave management).
- Preparing payroll, salary structures, tax-exempt heads, payslips, and ensuring timely disbursement.
- Handling statutory compliances including PF, ESIC payments, filings, and coordination with consultants.
- Supporting employee engagement initiatives and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and best practices.
- Preparing reports and MIS for management review.
