We are seeking a detail-oriented and trustworthy HR & Payroll Executive (Female) to manage core HR operations and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing. The ideal candidate is organized, well-versed in labor laws, and committed to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and employee support.

Key Responsibilities:Payroll Management:

  • Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, and bonuses
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security, PF/ESI, and other statutory requirements
  • Maintain payroll records, prepare reports, and reconcile discrepancies
  • Handle salary revisions, full & final settlements, and leave encashments

HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and generate related reports
  • Assist with employee grievance handling and HR policy implementation

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related statutory regulations and audits
  • Manage employee files, contracts, and policy acknowledgments
  • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation

Communication & Coordination:

  • Liaise with finance and department heads on payroll, headcount, and HR queries
  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field
  • 2years of experience in HR and payroll functions
  • Solid understanding of payroll processes, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR/payroll software (e.g., Zoho, SAP, ADP, greytHR, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹45,000.00 per month
