Sales Coordinator and Regulatory Administrator

JOB PURPOSE  

*What are the responsibilities and duties of the job incumbent? 


The Sales Coordinator and Regulatory Administrator will support the Sales, Business Development, Products, and Client Solutions teams. The Regulatory Administration role is the key point of contact to ensure all local regulatory requirements are updated and reported on time. This position involves administrative tasks, client communication, and support functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and communicates well. 

 

Roles & Responsibilities:  

 

Sales Support  

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and tracking sales leads. 
  • Coordinate sales activities and campaigns, ensuring all sales efforts are aligned with business goals. 
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation. 

 

Business Development  

  • Support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. 
  • Assist in the preparation of business development proposals and presentations. 
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups with prospective clients. 

 

Client Solutions  

  • Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely responses to client requests. 
  • Assist in the development and execution of client solutions strategies. 
  • Help coordinate client onboarding and training sessions. 
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. 

 

Admin and Regulatory Support 

  • Coordinate with external vendors on various tax filings and compliance returns regarding various Taxes and Company secretarial compliances, including Shop and Establishment requirements. 
  • Ensure and provide backup support for all registers, files, and records that are mandatory as per various compliances pertaining to the entity for taxes and Cosec. 
  • Be the point of contact to meet and address any local regulatory engagements. 
  • Update and maintain various admin logs for Quality audits, performance monitoring and group reporting. 

 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role. 
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

 

Desired Skills and Attributes:  

  • ARM/RM skills who have worked in Corporates or Banking is welcome
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proactive attitude and ability to anticipate needs. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
