Key Roles & Responsibilities

End-to-end management and troubleshooting of Windows, Application, Configuration, Compliance management via Microsoft Intune

Windows Autopilot deployment experience using Azure/Intune.

Expert-level Windows 11/10 build architecture and deployment experience, including customization and "branding” of a Windows 11/10 build

Good understanding on Device and User based Certificates (SCEP and NDES).

Experience in configuring and managing Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, Defender policies, Firewall rules etc.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Azure platform, most particularly with Intune and multiple Windows AutoPilot profiles

Mapping of Active Directory GPO controls and settings to Intune MDM Policies

Managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows 11/10

Perform complex resolution activities to diagnose issues related to application deployment, configuration issue, etc and perform Quality Assurance focusing on end user experience.

Work with various teams/stakeholders to complete solution as per the requirement/request from business.

Managing, Implementing and Migrating SCCM/MECM Infrastructure

Working and Communicating with Stakeholders and Country Support Globally

Working with MS for any escalated support

End to End Ownership for completing the SCCM/MECM Migration (Hardware & OS)

Managing the day-to-day operations and production support of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, MECM/SCCM Application

SCCM/MECM Infrastructure health Check Monitoring, fixingand troubleshoot DRS replication issues & BAU Escalation issues

Automating SCCM/MECM related Operational tasks using Powershell Scripting

Proactively monitoring SCOM alerts relating to SCCM/MECM Infrastructure and Database health

Initiatives, Innovative ideas and Service Improvements in Deployment Services Domain for better EUS experience

Zero Day and Critical CVE Security Patch Compliance Improvement

Evaluate technologies and products, consulting with Service Owners and other stakeholders. Build and demonstrate in Lab environment via Azure DevOps

Inform and support service and product roadmaps through engineering feature release via Azure DevOps

Follow the Bank’s product onboarding processes to establish “Bank Standards”

Document product standard configuration guides and translate to code for CI via Azure DevOps

Work closely with bank internal security teams to anticipate and address security concerns  Identify and register all risk issues and prepare remediation plans

Qualifications/Certifications/People/ Development Skills

Excellent knowledge on Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, SCCM/MECM

Basic Knowledge of Azure cloud platform is mandatory

Good working knowledge in the process of automating the deployment

University degree preferred

Financial Services experience preferred

Expert in supporting large and diverse environments over multiple countries

Good working knowledge of networking

Good working knowledge of AD/SCCM/MECM/Intune infrastructure

Excellent communication, both written and verbally

Excellent knowledge of technical architecture, able to whiteboard ideas & clearly articulate designs

Engineer should have essential knowledge of PowerShell Script

Self-starter, able to self-manage with strong collaboration skills and able to interact effectively with others  Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and deliver  Good Team Player, Likes challenges.

MS Windows platform experience (Windows Server 2019/2016/ Windows 11/10)

Experience with SCCM Current Branch Versions 2010/2006 – Implementation, Migration & Documentation

Experience with Snow System

Experience with WSUS/SCOM/BMC will have an added advantage

Good co-ordination skills within the technology teams and end users  Good communication skills in English and team player  Good Customer focus and Service Orientation.

Proactive work to improve Deployment Services

Working with OS Buid team to integrate Task Sequence for Windows 11/10 Zero Touch Installation  Driving country team to deploy latest Gemini Server Build Version update and Critical Patch Deployment  Proceed to migration state which include backend resource migration and client migration.

Providing support with respect to Core apps & New/Upgrade PKG readiness, administration of SCCM/MECM related AD Group, SRM readiness, production release and update.

To decommission Obsolete EOS EUS servers globally
