Role & responsibilities

Job Title Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize

market share.

  1. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate accounts,

group bookings, and events.

  1. Manage and maintain existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of guest

satisfaction and loyalty.

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including revenue management, marketing,

and operations, to drive sales initiatives.

  1. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies to clients,

ensuring clarity and accuracy.

  1. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand your

professional network.

  1. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and guest insights to identify growth

opportunities.

  1. Leverage CRM systems and sales tools for efficient lead management and reporting.

  2. Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to

achieve targets.

  1. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel products, services, and promotions.

Strong leadership and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build client relationships.

exceeding sales goals.


• Analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and insights for informed decision-

making.
