Extensive experience with healthcare data standards and regulations. Familiarity with EHR systems and their data structure. Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (E.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server). Extensive Experience in Data Ware Housing/ ETL Business Analysis, Experience with data integration and ETL tools (E.g. Mirth Connect, Talend). Familiarity with cloud platforms. Proficient in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle e.g. gathering requirements, modelling use cases, analysing data, developing technical specifications, resolving issues, user acceptance testing, tracking schedules & tasks and documenting processes for training manuals. Experience in driving meetings with client business leads & cross functional stakeholders. Conversant with more visual, more design-thinking based, and more agile lightweight approaches such as customer personas, customer journeys, story maps, etc. Excellent soft skills - written and verbal communication Global exposure to a multi-cultural organization structure Education Qualifications Graduate/Postgraduate B. Tech or equivalent. MBA preferable.
