Role Description


This is a full-time on-site role in Lucknow. The Distribution Sales Manager will be responsible for business planning, account management, sales, and managing channel partners and channel sales on a day-to-day basis.


We are looking for someone who can execute Sales Growth for Magicleaf Products (specifically Sweets) through:


  • Onboarding with Quick Commerce Platforms (Zepto, Swiggy, Blinkit)
  • Managing Inventory Planning for Amazon, FK and eCommerce Platforms
  • Direct Sales to Sweet Shop Owners, Gifting Brand Owners (Private Labeled)
  • Creation of our Cloud Kitchen Listings in Multiple Cities
  • Partnerships with Dark Stores
  • Brand Partnerships


Qualifications

  • Business Planning and Sales skills
  • Experience in Account Management especially Quick Commerce Onboarding and Dashboard Management
  • Ability to manage Channel Partners and Channel Sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field


Experience of 3+ Years is desirable. This role is not targeted at Freshers.
