Job Description:

As a Sales Manager at Fitclub, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and ensuring the growth of our fitness community. Your role will include developing sales strategies, building relationships with potential members, and managing the sales team to meet revenue targets.


Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: FitClub, Sushant Lok, Gurgaon

Availability: Immediate joiner preferred


Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.

* Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.

* Conduct tours of the gym, showcasing FitClub’s services, equipment, and programs.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with potential members and corporate clients.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimize sales efforts.

* Train and mentor the sales team, providing regular feedback and support.

* Collaborate with marketing to promote membership offers and events.

* Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process.


Skills Required:

* Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

* Ability to drive results and meet sales targets.

* Familiarity with fitness center operations and membership sales.

* Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
