Business Development (BD) Champion is responsible for coordinating and supporting a variety of activities and processes related to business development. This role involves scheduling appointments and meetings with clients, maintaining trackers, preparing initial documents for RFPs and tenders, interdepartmental coordination, and handling administrative tasks related to client solutions.
What impact will you create?
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting function to Client Solutions Team:
Schedule appointments and meetings with clients.
Maintain a tracker for meetings.
Effectively schedule meetings, ensuring availability of participants, including agenda, actionable items, and MOMs in meeting requests.
Coordinate with relevant departments for scheduling site surveys.
Facilitate smooth execution of BD processes by liaising with operations, finance, and legal departments.
Manage BD-related correspondence including emails, letters, and phone calls.
Provide administrative support including calendar management, travel and stay logistics planning and execution, handling reimbursement claims, and other related tasks.
Reporting and Administrative tasks:
Prepare initial documents related to RFPs and tenders.
Coordinate with various departments to prepare documents, solutions, and proposals.
Maintain client databases.
File documents and maintain important documents such as final cost sheets, LOIs, and agreements.
Prepare reports and maintain records for client solutions.
Prepare regular reports on BD activities, pipeline status, and revenue targets for management review.
Ensure Client Relationship Management:
Maintain a database of client birthdays and anniversaries.
Manage a central repository of existing clients, area under management, and online knowledge platforms.

Education:
Any Graduate
Experience:
3-4 Years experience in same domain.
Experience in Property/Facility Management
Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skills
Hands on experience on Outlook, calendar management & MS Excel
Relationship-building and influencing skills
Team working skills
Good Interpersonal skills
