Summary:

The Process Champion- Management Information Systems (MIS) is responsible for generating and distributing various management reports, developing and maintaining MIS documentation, performing data analysis, and providing insights to management team. This role focuses on improving reporting efficiency and consistency, and aiding in strategic and tactical decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Report Generation and Distribution:

  • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly management reports accurately and timely.
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Develop MIS documentation for smooth operations review and system maintenance.
  • Develop MIS systems for customer management and internal communication.
  • Responsible for working on different reports and dashboards and support the team on technical - Macros, Excel.
  • Maintain and periodically update facility data.

Provide Insights:

  • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting, efficiency and consistency that helps in making strategic and tactical decision making
  • Perform data analysis to generate insightful reports periodically.
  • Provide analytical information support to the management team for decision-making.
  • Analyse business information to identify process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the team with technical expertise in Macros, Excel, and other tools.
  • Deliver the tasks assigned within timelines, support business with innovation, and work on automation ideas to enhance the existing reporting mechanism.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work with diverse teams and stakeholders nationally to achieve time-bound results with minimal leadership intervention.
  • Work as business enabler and support teams for implementing various strategic projects and initiatives uniformly across national geographies including regular reports like Daily, monthly reports, adhoc reports etc.
  • Work with regional and site teams to get such initiatives implemented effectively
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams for business forecasting and planning by preparing and analysing data and reports.
  • Support the Operations team with business governance and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the Facilities Management (FM) team for various reports and MIS data.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (Information Science, IT, B Sc), M. Com

Experience:

Proven 5-8 years in property management, sales or Real estate highly desired.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Data preparation and analysis
  • Proficient with advances XL, MS Word, Power point presentation & Preferred Power BI Analytical tools
  • Problem-solving mind-set Strong analytical skills with experience in data handling and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Hands on experience in strategic planning, operations of property/facility management
  • Excellent organizing and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
