Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Paid Intern for the role of Academic Counsellor to join our team. In this role, you will support our Academic Counselling team by assisting students in identifying their educational goals, exploring academic programs, and providing guidance on the admissions process. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in academic counselling and student services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in engaging with prospective students and guiding them on suitable courses and programs.
- Help students understand program details, eligibility, and career pathways.
- Support the counselling team in managing student inquiries and conducting follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide accurate information and resources.
- Maintain detailed records of student interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping students.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Familiarity with academic programs or student counselling (preferred but not mandatory).
