MedGenome is the founding member of GenomeAsia 100K, an initiative to sequence 100,000 Genomes in Asia.
We have an exciting opportunity for the position of Finance Controller (US) in Bengaluru location. It is a full time and work from office opportunity.
Skills and Experience Required:
- 8+ years of experience in Finance Control, General Accounting in US GAAP.
- 8+ years of experience in timely closure of monthly, quarterly Financial reporting, annual accounts, audits and compliances. Ad-hoc reporting / MIS. activities (preferably candidates from GCC/CoE/Big 4 who have worked on USGAAP).
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost accounting,
- Inventory accounting and Revenue recognition as per the respective accounting policies.
- Work with the senior leadership teams to manage and control financial metrics efficiently
- within the organization.
- Manage the company’s funding-related financial diligence, and coordination with internal
- and external teams.
- Lead the budgeting and controlling processes.
- Implement measures for all Cost Control activities.
- Ensure unit-wise profitability (along with the relevant business heads).
- Ensure proper financial control and processes.
- Present monthly financials to the senior management and business heads.
- Monitor/ report monthly operating results against the budget.
Educational Qualification:
Chartered Accountant - Must
