Job Summary:The

Zonal sales manager mattress

will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, overseeing the sales operations, and achieving revenue targets for Mattress Division. This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader with a proven track record in sales, who can build and lead a high-performing sales team. The Sales Manager will work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.

Role & responsibilitiesSales Strategy Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for domestic and international markets.Identify new market opportunities and establish growth strategies.Set sales targets and ensure they are met or exceeded.

Team Leadership & Management:Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.Provide leadership and direction to the sales team to achieve targets.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

Market Analysis & Expansion:Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competition.Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and expansion.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute go-to-market strategies.

Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Manage and resolve client issues and challenges effectively.

Revenue & Profitability Management:Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports for senior management.Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with key customers.

Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with the product development team to ensure that sales strategies align with product offerings.Collaborate with the finance department to forecast sales and manage budgets.Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Preferred candidate profileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven track record of achieving sales targets in both domestic and international markets.Experience in mattress industry will get priority
