The Sales Operations Associate will assist domestic and international sales teams with order fulfilment and distributor relations. The role involves verifying and processing B2B purchase orders, monitoring order status, coordinating with logistics and 3PL teams, and managing customer inquiries. This position is crucial in supporting sales operations, ensuring timely order fulfilment, and fostering strong relationships with distributors and key clients. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented taskmaster with excellent organisational skills and the ability to self-structure their day while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications1-3 years of experience in sales operations, order management, or related rolesExperience with NetSuite or similar ERP systemsOutstanding organisational skills with keen attention to detailExcellent follow-up and time management skillsStrong ability to multitask and meet tight deadlinesProactive self-starter with a creative and flexible approach and a can-do attitudeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) for effective interaction across all organisational levelsAbility to work efficiently in highly demanding and time-sensitive environmentsStrong sense of project ownership and dedication to delivering outstanding resultsSkill SetB2B purchase order verification and data entryCustomer inquiry response and order status trackingOrder monitoring and issue resolution for 3PL shipmentOrder book review and expected ship date managementRevenue forecasting based on order book analysisSpecial order handling and coordination with logistics teamsRMA and warranty replacement request managementFree of Charge (FOC) order entry and trackingNew SKU setup with customersAdministrative support for sales teamsCross-functional collaboration with sales, logistics, and operations teamsDistributor relationship managementMulti-channel communication and documentationJob Ref: TB-
