This is a remote position. We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst with strong expertise in finance and accounting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in financial modeling, forecasting, bookkeeping, and accounting operations, with a solid understanding of US tax regulations. This role requires managing client accounts, providing financial insights, and ensuring accurate reporting while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with US tax laws. Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and related analyses to support business decisions. Handle bookkeeping tasks, including maintaining general ledgers, reconciling accounts, and processing transactions. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to optimize client operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver timely and accurate financial reports. Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Support audits and tax filings as needed, including US tax-related compliance and reporting. Requirements Minimum 3+ years (preferably with exposure to US tax regulations) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, financial modeling, and forecasting. Knowledge of US tax regulations, filings, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
