Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive the promotion of Iron Lady Programs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative tele sales, with a strong focus on B2C interactions. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent listening skills to understand and address the unique needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to Iron Lady Programs and assess their needs and interests.
Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand clients' goals, challenges, and aspirations.
Recommend the most suitable Iron Lady Programs to meet the specific needs and preferences of each client.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of Iron Lady Programs to potential clients.
Address any questions, concerns, or objections raised by clients and provide clear and compelling responses.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to influence clients' decision-making and drive sales conversions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities in Excel Sheet/CRM system.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in consultative tele sales, preferably in a B2C environment.
Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns.
Self-driven and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in sales activities.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel/CRM software.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
