Your Mission as Customer Experience Specialist:
• Champion Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of our customers, actively listening to their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction is at the forefront of everything we do.• Drive Innovation: Identify and address customer pain points with empathy and a proactive approach. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement transformative solutions that exceed customer expectations.
What We're Looking For:
• Customer-Centric Superstar: A passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences, combined with the ability to handle a demanding workload of 100-120 queries per day across chat, email, and calls while maintaining a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.• Articulate Communication: Clear and concise communication, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with customers on a personal level.• Analytical Acuity: A sharp mind capable of discerning trends, analyzing data, and devising innovative solutions.• Proactive Problem-Solving: A forward-thinking approach and a drive to anticipate and address customer challenges with creativity and efficiency.• Empathetic Engagement: A genuine focus on listening to and understanding customer feedback, fostering a sense of connection and trust.• CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM tools like Freshdesk, Zendesk, Ozontel, Shopify, and Shiprocket is essential for managing customer interactions effectively.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Educational Background: Undergraduate degree or above.• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in D2C, FMCG, or a related industry, demonstrating a strong track record of providing exceptional customer experiences.
