Responsible for assisting team with Shopify-related tasks, troubleshooting issues, and updating team about new Shopify updates to improve UX/UI on client websites. We work with India’s top D2C brands like 82e.Com, bombaysweetshop.Com, facescanada.Com, nonasties.In, thelabellife.Com, clinikally.Com Responsibilities Proactively improve website user experience. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot Shopify-related issues, such as order processing, theme customization, and up-to-date app integrations, and provide solutions to the team. Team Support: Respond promptly to the internal team in case of any client inquiries and support requests related to the Shopify platform via email, chat, or phone. Conduct Site Audits: Check weekly for bugs or if there are issues leading to site speed reduction Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to provide insights and recommendations for improving Shopify store performance. Research: Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, Shopify updates, features and best practices to provide valuable input to our team. Documentation: Maintain detailed SOPs of issues and resolutions Qualifications Strong written and verbal communication skills. Passion for e-commerce and a basic understanding of online retail. Proficient in MS Excel Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology. Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain high-quality work. Basic familiarity with Shopify or a willingness to undergo Shopify training. Basic understanding of web technologies and e-commerce platforms is a plus. Ability to collaborate with a remote team and take direction. Proactive and able to work independently.
