Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Shopify Developer located in Pune. The Junior Shopify Developer will be responsible for building and customizing Shopify themes and functionalities, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance eCommerce websites. Daily tasks include coding, maintaining, and optimizing websites, integrating third-party applications, and collaborating with designers and project managers to deliver user-friendly, high-performance online storefronts. The developer will play a crucial role in ensuring websites align with client requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Shopify development, including theme customization, liquid programming, and front-end implementations
- Experience in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Understanding of eCommerce platforms and integration of third-party tools or plugins
- Knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting Shopify issues to ensure smooth site performance
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adhere to project deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is an added advantage
