Performance Marketing Manager

About the RoleWe’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid marketing efforts across e-commerce brands. This role is all about driving measurable growth through data-led decisions, sharp execution, and close collaboration with creative and tech teams. You’ll own performance outcomes end-to-end from strategy to optimisation. What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms with a strong focus on ROAS.Manage and align performance strategies with Shopify-based e-commerce ecosystems.Track and analyse KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and make real-time optimisations.Handle media budgets efficiently to maximise ROI.Work closely with design and development teams on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page performance.Build and scale audience targeting, including remarketing and lookalike audiences.Run A/B tests across creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and growth recommendations.Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, paid media, and digital advertising.What We’re Looking For2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for e-commerce or Shopify brands.Strong understanding of Shopify, conversion funnels, and integrations.Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms.Proven ability to improve ROAS and lower CPA through optimisation.Comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc.Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights.Working knowledge of CRO principles.
