About the Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale paid marketing efforts across e-commerce brands. This role is all about driving measurable growth through data-led decisions, sharp execution, and close collaboration with creative and tech teams. You’ll own performance outcomes end-to-end from strategy to optimisation. What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities) - Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms with a strong focus on ROAS. - Manage and align performance strategies with Shopify-based e-commerce ecosystems. - Track and analyse KPIs such as CPA, CPC, CTR, and ROAS, and make real-time optimisations. - Handle media budgets efficiently to maximise ROI. - Work closely with design and development teams on conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and landing page performance. - Build and scale audience targeting, including remarketing and lookalike audiences. - Run A/B tests across creatives, ad copies, and landing pages. - Share weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and growth recommendations. - Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, paid media, and digital advertising. What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably for e-commerce or Shopify brands. - Strong understanding of Shopify, conversion funnels, and integrations. - Deep expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads platforms. - Proven ability to improve ROAS and lower CPA through optimisation. - Comfortable working with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Analytics, etc. - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail. - Clear communicator who can turn data into actionable insights. - Working knowledge of CRO principles.
