Job DescriptionWell Completions & Workover EngineerGrade M4PurposeUnder the leadership of the Head

Completions & Workover, RJ North, the Well Completion & WorkoverEngineer is responsible for Engineering & Planning of Workover Operations being carried out in RJ-OilNorth. Their role ensures seamless coordination with subsurface team, PE - rig operations team, PE FinanceTeam and production operations team for enhancing rig efficiency, appropriate resource allocation, andmaximizing production.ReportingThe Well Completions & Workover Engineer reports to the Head

Completions & Workover RJ-NORTHResponsibilities and DutiesThe key responsibilities of the Well Completions & Workover Engineer includes:Collaborate with subsurface teams to identify workover opportunities.List and prioritize workover opportunities with the Subsurface team based on well performance and wellconditions.Coordinate with PE

Site Operations team for mapping of resources and equipment required for plannedworkover to ensure availability and timely execution.Ensure seamless coordination between subsurface team, rig operations team, and production operations tomaximize efficiency and production.Utilize digitalization tools to prepare Workover schedules in coordination with the subsurface team.Preparation of Annual Workover Budget in coordination with PE-Finance team.Month on Month budget tracking of Workover Budget and identify cost optimization measures.Manage Workover Associated Contracts and carry out tendering exercises for future supplies and services.Day to Day rig operations coordination with rig supervisors and PE-Operations Team in providing solutionsto operational issues.Maintain Workover data for post workover analysis and lessons learnt.QualificationsMinimum of 8 years of oil field operations or well engineering experienceMinimum of Bachelor of Engineering/Technology/Science degree in Petroleum/MechanicalEngineering.Min 5 year experience in Well Intervention/Workover Optimization.Strong communication and presentation skills
