The Opportunity

Exciting opportunity for Petrotech Leaders with relevant experience of 8 years to 15 years in mid to large size Oil & Gas E&P Companies or service providers. Incumbent must have substantial onshore / offshore field experience with sound techno-commercial acumen and demonstrated track record of delivering industry leading growth performance through progressive adoption of world – class technologies and innovation.

Petroleum Engineering (Site based location role - Barmer & Jorhat):

• Petroleum Engineering domain with key experience in Artificial Lift and Well Services
• Experience in Well planning and executing. Well Intervention jobs, Well Testing and managing the Artificial lifted wells.
• Review completion, workover and well services programs for mature offshore field.
• Review technical specification and technical evaluation of various equipment and services required for completion and well services activities.
• Effectively liaise with stakeholders viz. Drilling, Subsurface and production
• Prepare short term and long-term plan in accordance with the business plan.
• Ensure the all the tendering and contracting process is aligned with the project delivery deadlines.
• Encourage excellency in completion and well services job design and execution for offshore fields.
• Ensure safety policies and guidelines are followed during all the operation.

Reservoir Engineering (Gurgaon based role)

• Working with multi-disciplinary teams of geoscientists and engineers responsible for managing the reservoir health and maximize hydrocarbon production.
• Daily well/reservoir monitoring and identify short term production optimization opportunities without obstructing production targets.
• Recommend and plan well intervention/data acquisition opportunities and interpret the acquired data with classical reservoir engineering methods along with software workflow.
• Experience in dynamic modelling – initialization, history match and forecasting.
• Experience & knowledge of Analytical concepts of reservoir engineering (DCA, RTA-PTA, PVT etc).
• Experience of working in fields with secondary and tertiary recovery mechanisms is preferred. (Steam flood/Gas flood/WAG)
• Mentor junior peers and support in JV alignments & FDP proposals.

Drilling Engineering (Site based location role - Barmer Surat & Jorhat):

• Primary responsibility of the incumbent will be to provide support for well engineering & well operations.
• Preparation of drilling programs, prepare and assist peer review sessions.
• Follow up day to day operations.
• Maintain drilling database.
• Preparation of AER's and various cost estimates
• Cost Monitoring
• Carry out technical evaluations for procurement of equipment & services necessary for operations Provide assistance to the team lead for formulation of management reports, JV reports, response to government and JV audits.
• Mentor junior peers.
