Job Title: Junior Sales Coordinator
Industry: Iron & Steel Trading Company

Location: Charni Road, Mumbai
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (All Saturdays working)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales reports and maintain data using Excel (including VLOOKUP).
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations and related documentation.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth sales operations.
  • Maintain records of sales inquiries, follow-ups, and order status.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6months to 1 year of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, basic reporting).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Male candidates preferred.
