We are hiring a QA Manager to lead quality assurance efforts for large-scale banking and wealth management applications . This is a full-time onsite role in Hyderabad , offering strong project visibility, domain ownership, and long-term engagement.

This role is ideal for experienced QA professionals who have worked specifically in Wealth Management systems and are looking to step into a leadership position in a banking environment.

Important :

  • Wealth Management experience is mandatory . Profiles without this will not be considered.
  • Only immediate joiners or those who can join within 15 days will be shortlisted.
  • This is a 100% onsite role in Hyderabad .

Role Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage end-to-end QA delivery for wealth and banking platforms.
  • Drive test strategy, planning, execution, and closure aligned to SDLC/STLC.
  • Manage testing activities across APIs (using Postman), mobile (Android & iOS), and web.
  • Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams to ensure quality delivery.
  • Oversee defect management, QA reporting, and ensure release readiness.
  • Provide leadership to QA teams and ensure adherence to quality processes.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years of QA/testing experience in the Banking/Financial domain .
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in Wealth Management systems such as Comarch or equivalent.
  • Experience managing at least two projects as a QA/Test Manager.
  • Strong experience in API testing using Postman or similar tools.
  • Good exposure to mobile and tablet testing across Android and iOS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of test planning, execution, defect lifecycle, and stakeholder communication.
