Roles & responsibilities

  • Optimise paid search and social campaigns across platforms including Google, Bing, Meta, TikTok, and Reddit.

  • Monitor campaign performance and strategies to improve metrics (CTR, conversions, CPA) and grow LEX Reception across each country.

  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting.

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-potential keywords and ad groups.

  • Develop and deliver insightful reports and dashboards to stakeholders, clearly communicating key results.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations for campaign improvements.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and operational teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.


Must have

  • Proven track record of successfully optimising paid social and search campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data tools (LookerStudio, Google Sheets).

  • Have the desire to learn and grow.

  • People who inspire teams to work together in a fast-paced environment across the globe on a daily basis.

  • Great communication skills, with the ability to build a great rapport with colleagues across the world.

  • Proactive with new ideas.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Someone who can produce, who love to listen, and can demonstrate success in working proactively to get things done and make a difference.
  • Be curious about how the business world is adapting to the new environment, short-term and long-term.
