Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are building India's most innovative health and beauty brand, and design is at the heart of this journey. We need a Senior Graphic Designer who blends luxury brand aesthetics with AI-native workflows and 3D design mastery. This role goes beyond making pretty visuals, you'll be shaping the brand's visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI-Powered Creative Production

  • Use MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly for asset generation, product shots, campaign visuals, and creative variations.
  • Leverage Runway ML, Pika Labs, Kaiber for AI-driven video edits, animations, and teasers.
  • Build AI pipelines for faster A/B creative testing and performance-driven ad variations.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques for speed, accuracy, and scale in content creation.

2. 3D Design & Motion

  • Create high-quality 3D renders, mockups, animations, and product visualizations for packaging, website, and campaigns.
  • Design 3D-led performance creatives & social content
  • Work with Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine, or equivalent 3D tools
  • Integrate 3D assets into UGCs, reels, and performance ads to boost CTR and engagement.

3. Premium Brand Visual Identity

  • Own and evolve the brand's luxury aesthetic system across social, website, packaging, campaigns, and offline touchpoints.
  • Ensure global-standard consistency of brand language in every visual output.
  • Translate brand strategy into visually powerful stories that resonate with our audience.

4. Performance-Driven Design

  • Develop high-performing creatives, motion graphics, and reels with AI + 3D workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to generate visuals that drive measurable ROI.
  • Use design analytics and creative testing tools to refine and improve outputs.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, video editors, and freelancers in AI + 3D-first workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and growth teams to deliver fast-paced, premium campaigns.
  • Manage external creative partners and agencies when required.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of design experience with premium beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury aesthetics, 3D mastery, and AI-powered creativity.
  • AI Tools: MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, Firefly, Runway ML, Pika Labs.
  • 3D Tools: Blender, Cinema4D, Unreal Engine (mandatory).
  • Design Stack: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) + Figma.
  • Proven experience in creating 3D assets integrated into campaigns and ads.
  • Deep understanding of digital-first design for D2C/e-commerce performance.
  • Strong grasp of visual storytelling, typography, color psychology, and composition.
  • Fast, detail-oriented, and thrives in a high-speed startup environment.
