Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Utilize Excel skills to analyze and track customer data for reporting purposes
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
- Support the sales team by providing product information and assistance with customer orders
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed to support the overall success of the company
