Customer Service/Customer Support Internship in Hyderabad

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Customer renewal:
- Manage and execute the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of customers.
- Monitor upcoming renewals, forecast risks/opportunities, and proactively address any issues.
- Collaborate with sales, customer success, and finance to ensure accurate and timely renewal quotes, contract preparation, and billing alignment.
- Negotiate renewal terms within predefined guidelines to ensure a high renewal rate.
- Customer engagement:
- Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, or adoption sessions to understand customer goals and align product value.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by providing feedback to product, support, and marketing teams.
