Revenue Growth Management Consultant

The Opportunity:
As a Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will be involved in Digital Transformation projects to implement Revenue Growth Management solutions for top CPG companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management processes and experience implementing RGM solutions for clients. As a RGM Functional Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in CPG and RGM to help our clients unlock new revenue streams, optimize pricing and promotions, and achieve sustainable top-line growth.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with CPG clients to assess their current RGM capabilities and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to understand consumer behavior, pricing trends, and competitor strategies.
- Develop data-driven RGM strategies that encompass pricing, promotion optimization, product assortment, and channel management.
- Lead client workshops to define RGM goals, KPIs, and implement best practices.
- Guide clients in selecting and implementing RGM tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as data scientists and marketing specialists, to deliver holistic RGM solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all aspects of revenue growth.
- Track and report on project progress, demonstrating the impact of RGM initiatives on profitability.
- Stay current on the latest trends and innovations in CPG RGM, including advanced analytics and digital marketing.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in Information Technology, CPG, Retail and related organizations.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. MBA is Sales and Marketing is a plus
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in trade promotion management or related field.
- Proven experience implementing RGM software solutions, preferably with a focus on consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry .
- Strong understanding of pricing, promotion optimization, product assortment, and channel management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience with RGM service platforms is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to optimally communicate findings and clearly articulate business value of the analytical solutions is required.
- Attention to detail, pro-active problem-solving, collaboration and organizational skills is required.
- Concrete experience managing complex digital products which have heavy dependencies requiring strong leadership to align multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research data and industry trends.
- Demonstrated ability to lead high performance cross-functional teams.
