Position:
Senior Data Scientist
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy speech-to-text and text-to-speech models for various applications.
- Work with large language models (LLMs) and implement them in real-world projects.
- Analyze and interpret contact center calling data to generate meaningful business insights.
- Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through detailed reports and presentations.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior data scientists and data analysts.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with speech-to-text and text-to-speech technologies.
- Proficiency in working with large language models (LLMs) and deploying them in production environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive business insights from large datasets, particularly contact center calling data.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively.
- Strong understanding of data engineering concepts and experience with data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Spark).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying data science models.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
