We are seeking a highly analytical and skilled Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.Responsibilities:- Data mining or extracting usable data from valuable data sources- Utilize predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.- Develop company A/B testing frameworks and test model quality.- Coordinate with cross functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.- Conduct data-driven research and create models to understand complex behaviors and trends.- Present data insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.- Develop and maintain prediction systems and machine learning algorithms.Qualifications:- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist.- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in predictive modeling.- Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks.- Experience using statistical computer languages (Python, R, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.- Experience working with and creating data architectures.Workdays- Monday to Sarurday (Saturday is WFH)
