Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Representative. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for Lead Generation from platform like but not limited to Upwork, Freelancer, and etc. The role also involves research and communication Qualifications Experience in business development (1 Year Plus, Freshers having relevant qualifcations can apply too) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical skills and ability to research and analyze project requirements Strong writing skills for creating compelling proposals Experience with platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and Knowledge of market trends and competition Ability to build and maintain client relationship Proficiency in CRM software Knowledge of mobile app development and technology industry is a huge plus Bachelor's degree in IT / Tech, Business, Marketing, or related field
