This is a mission-critical leadership role for someone who thrives on unlocking large-scale collaborations, managing CXO-level relationships, and building revenue-driving partnerships in the digital rewards, gift cards, and loyalty ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Leadership Lead end-to-end brand alliance strategy across e-commerce, payments, retail, OTT, food delivery, D2C, and digital services. Build deep strategic relationships with CXOs, VPs, and senior leaders across Flipkart, Amazon, Qwikcilver, Pine Labs, Razorpay, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Tata Cliq and top brand partners. Drive co-branded programs, exclusive partnerships, joint GTM initiatives , and multi-channel acquisition campaigns. Gift Cards, Loyalty & Rewards Expertise Grow and manage partnerships for closed-loop and open-loop Gift Cards , reward programs, and digital voucher ecosystems. Collaborate with internal product teams to build differentiated Loyalty, Cashback & Rewards offerings. Revenue Ownership & P&L Growth Own and drive revenue, margins, and P&L for the partnerships vertical. Negotiate high-value commercial agreements, annual commitments, and long-term alliance structures. Cross-Functional Leadership Work closely with product, tech, legal, marketing, finance, and operations to deliver seamless partner experiences. Represent the company at industry forums, events, and CXO-level discussions. Market Intelligence & Innovation Track competitive landscape, evolving consumer behaviors, and new partnership models. Identify breakthrough collaboration opportunities across payments, commerce, loyalty, fintech, and lifestyle brands Overview GyFTR is the brand name for Vouchagram India Private Limited which is a 100% subsidiary of a Singapore based company working in Digital Payments, Instant Rewards and Gift Vouchers space. GyFTR is the largest enabler and aggregator of Digital Gift Vouchers / Gift Cards / Micro mini payments for 125 + brands like Levis, Flipkart, Marks and Spencer, Dominos etc. The clientele spreads across 200 + clients across verticals like BFSI, Loyalty, Retail, E-com like HDFC Bank, Amazon, SBI, Axis Bank, Payback, Paytm, Colgate, Asian Paints, Dell, Havells etc. to name a few.
