About Us: François Compressors India Pvt. Ltd. is the wholly owned subsidiary of AF Compressors Group, head quartered in Belgium, offering compressed air solutions in the food and beverage industry. We are an international team of 80 employees located in Pirangut, Pune. Role & Responsibility : We are looking for a proactive Technical Support and Training Specialist. The position is split into two main verticals : 1. Internal and external technical training related to our compressors’ usage, maintenance and monitoring; 2. Daily technical support to our service engineer and customers. Main responsibilities as under: Trainer Develop and maintain training material updated ( create material for AF new products, refresh existing one, adapt to particular customer needs,…) Provide internal training to upscale skills and competencies of our aftersales (new) team members Provide external training to customers all over India Technical support Provide technical support to our customers on regular and hotline basis. Troubleshoot issues via phone, email, remote tools, or on-site support Prepare commissioning information to ensure smooth compressor start-up Analyze compressor’s parameters proactively to solve the issue before any breakdown Manage warranty and breakdown cases (RCA, definition of BOM required for repair,…) Ensure internal systems are always updated with latest machine information Desired Candidate: Educational background in engineering Minimum 10 years industrial experience, within Minimum 3 years training experience, any trainer certification is an asset Proficiency in presentation and facilitation skills as well in training material preparation Good communication and interpersonal skills Experience in customer support position; ability to define RCA from a remote location Mastering MS Office (power point, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with ERP system usage Willing to travel over India Fluent in English and Hindi
