Job Description A leading client of CareerBricks is expanding its events team and requires organised, energetic Event Coordinators to execute corporate and consumer events, activations, and promotional campaigns. You will support event planning, site logistics, vendor liaising, artist/guest coordination, on-site supervision, and post-event closure activities. The role blends meticulous planning with high-energy, on-the-ground execution. Your day-to-day will include vendor briefings, preparing event run-sheets, coordinating transport and hospitality for guests/artists, managing AV & staging requirements, ensuring compliance with site regulations, and supervising set-up/breakdown. During events you’ll act as the point of contact for clients and stakeholders, troubleshooting issues real-time and ensuring schedules are adhered to. Post-event responsibilities include inventory reconciliation, feedback collection, and preparing wrap-up reports. This is a mobile role: candidates must be comfortable with irregular hours, weekend work, and travel to multiple city locations. A presentable, confident personality is beneficial for client-facing interactions and artist hospitality. Prior experience on ground for activations, exhibitions, or corporate events is an advantage, but freshers with strong event interest and organisational aptitude will be considered.
