Job Description
ROLE TITLE- F&A Business Leader Offshore ROLE PURPOSE-Senior WNS resource to work with Mosaic from Offshore as an integral part of the team playing between the onshore and offshore operations.Manage cross-vertical performance by leveraging his domain expertise and build model processes across onshore & offshore teamsEngage with Mosaic to understand their demands and suitably design operations structure to provide seamless service delivery KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSOLUTION, DESIGN & BUILD Participate in any onshore/offshore transformation driven initiative acting as a liaison between offshore and onshore delivery teamsKey stakeholder and reviewing authority for any process re-engineering and new platform implementationProvide support and guidance to the team for any changes related to Process/Systems e.g., ERP change, tool implementation.Ability to support design and advise in line with Future @Lloyd's e.g., Blueprint Two PROCESS Own independent operations including all Mosaic interactions, financial book close including reporting, lead Audit reviews & support Audit queriesEnsuring all the Finance function tower leads ( P2P, R2R, Tax, Treasury, FR) are delivering as per the SLAs and TAT defined. Lead the governance call with client for process reviewsQuery resolution and first point of contact for the onshore teamsWork closely with the Mosaic Finance Team and develop strong relationship to design & deploy model centre of excellenceAppraise key stakeholders with any potential operational risk and assist with resolutionReview of reports and assist/notify offshore team with any anomalies identifiedReview and signoff periodic updates to "How to" guide and Mosaic documents PEOPLEActively participate in Mosaic meetings and provide directional supportActively support the team members through technical skills.Extremely good interpersonal skills to liaise with senior Mosaic stakeholders and manage expectationsRESOURCE PROFILE QUALIFICATIONS Graduate or equivalent (any stream) / with overall 15-20 years relevant experience including Lloyd's and London Market operations deliveryPrior (Re)Insurance experience in Outsourcing Industry/ Lloyd's and London marketPrior experience with a syndicate is preferredExperience of managing complex onshore / offshore teams PROFILE Excellent communication and comprehension skillsGood business writing skillsExposure and experience in working with the Market and XchangingWNS policy on background checks to be followed KEY SKILLS Excellent comprehension skillsFlexibility with shiftsCustomer centricityAbility to work with speed & accuracy under pressureEffective decision-making skillsPrioritizing & organizingEmail writing skillsGood written communication skillsAbility to sustain pressure
