Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in credit collection or related fields, with a maximum of 10 years preferred. In-depth knowledge and practical experience in small business credit processes and management. Expertise in gold valuation is essential to accurately assess and manage credit collection related to precious metals. Proven ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring performance meets organizational standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to process complex data and generate actionable insights. Excellent negotiation skills to effectively handle disputes and facilitate successful credit collection. Ability to maintain strong client relationships and ensure the delivery of top-notch service. High level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with sensitive financial information. Roles and Responsibilities Oversee the credit collection process for small businesses, ensuring timely payments and minimizing credit risk. Conduct gold valuations to accurately assess asset worth and determine appropriate credit limits. Develop and implement collection strategies to improve cash flow while maintaining customer satisfaction. Lead a team of collection officers, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Prepare regular reports on collection activities, recovery rates, and status updates for senior management. Identify potential areas of improvement within the credit collection process and propose solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments to enhance the effectiveness of credit collection practices.
