Your Role as a Sales Manager:

As the Sales Assistant, you will be an essential part of our high-performing sales team, supporting our Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and exceed business goals. This is not just an administrative role—it’s a launchpad for ambitious individuals ready to grow their sales career. You’ll be at the forefront of business development efforts, building relationships with potential clients and ensuring seamless sales processes.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Right Hand to the Director of Sales, providing critical support to help achieve revenue goals and open doors to new business opportunities.

Own the Client Experience: You’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, setting up high-value meetings with small to mid-sized businesses in North America.

Coordinate & Manage Sales Pipelines: Schedule and manage meetings, calls, and follow-ups, ensuring that every client interaction is timely and professional.

Research & Prospect New Leads: Use your keen research skills to identify potential new business opportunities and drive lead generation efforts.

Prepare Winning Sales Materials: Assist in creating compelling proposals, presentations, and sales decks to support our sales pitches.

Drive Sales Excellence: Help maintain an organized sales pipeline by tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our marketing and client success teams to ensure a smooth handover of new clients and seamless project execution.
